These look about perfect. 94+ GT and Cobra. 1.5". New bolts. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/WHEEL...45962946QQrdZ1. Should I get em?

I had 1.25" spacers on my car for a little while....but my lugs came loose and jacked the studs on the spacers loose. I need to get them welded up or something.....so be careful with them.

JonBeast, if you had to buy em again would you go with 1.25 again or bigger? How did it look/perform?

the ones that arent safe are the non studded ones, like actual spacers things, those take away from thread and thats not a good idea at all, but the threaded ones as long as you got them torqued down good, youll never know the difference, besides the kick *** look they have to them!! why did mustangs back wheels stick in so far anyways? YUCK

They looked pretty damn sweet. I might go a little bigger if I were to get them again. I'm gonna get bigger rims down the road anyway. I have taken them off tho, because they got messed up.

Here's a before/after pic:

Looks awesome. I think 1.5" will be perfect. What exactly are hubcentric spacers?

I wouldn't go over a 1/4" spacer without using extended studs. The Eibach spacers over 1" come with extended studs and work pretty well. I have run both 1.5 or so inch spacers and 1/4" hubcentrics and have them laying around my house. My suggestion would be to try and not use spacers but if you do, either run hubcentrics or ones with extended studs.

dont even consider just SPACERS....get the ones with studs, the real deal, you can get them on ebay.....bolt them on your hub then the wheel on them., that way you are still solid!

do these improve handling at all? I was just wondering because you are making a wider stance, might be stable. And yes i think they look great, on my car the wheels do seem like they are stuck in too far... i may get these at some point
