Tranny fluid
Any recomendations on tranny fluid for a t45 I am putting it back in saturday morning and I havent decided what I want to use yet. If any one read my post a while ago when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my tranny, it was broken shift fork like I thought.

RE: Tranny fluid
nice nice man... I am trying to get mine out so I can put synchros in... having a helluva time too cuz it's being gay... lol
anyway I have heard great things about amsoil fully sythetic atf for manual trannies like ours. It is supposed to work great and have a long service interval.
My buddy put in his plymouth laser (Yes yes different car) that shifted like sh** and with the amsoil it shifted worlds better! (5 speed)
when I put mine back in later it's getting amsoil, it's good stuff
