Default exhaust problem i hope?

today on the way home my exhaust started making a funny sound. i pulled over and popped the hood and the engine sounds fine. but when i look under the car it is kind of ticking and the exhaust is moving. it feels like it has lost some power also. then the check engine came on and started blinking. the check engine light came on the other day and i took it to autozone, and they said o2 sensor, but i have a mill eliminators on them? any body know? i know what it feels like when a o2 sensors needs to be replaced this does not feel like it.
