Default mechanical OXYGEN SIMULATOR

have you heard about the mechanical ones guys? heres what you gotta do, run down to the local car part store, and get some 18MM spark plug anti-foulers, you will need 2 packages, 2 in each package...then what you gotta do is take one of the two (in each package) and dril out the bottom of the anti fouler...this is to make clearance for the oxygen sensor...but leave the other one alone....then thread the drilled out on into the non drilled out one, then simply repeat with the other set....now thread the new spacer into where the oxygen sensor normally goes....then thread the oxygen sensor into the new spacer, this is supposed to make the oxygen sensor sniff out less emmisions so it thinks the cats are working....have you tried it? i did, it costs 10 bucks total, and they will never fail, like the electrical ones...

feedback from everyone but ESPECIALLY from people who have heard or have this done....thanks

Default RE: mechanical OXYGEN SIMULATOR

i will take some pics and try to post them, i got it off this website:

http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php...9&hl=simulator

basically just bore 1 of the 2 out to 1/2 inch with a drill, and its just simply plug and play, no cutting wires or anything! and its cheap! but i dont know if it works or not yet, i havent heard of any complaints...so who knows!

thanks
Ryan

by the way, napa was cheaper for me then auto value, so watch the price, it was like 5 bucks for 2 at napa, need two SETS...and it was like 8 at auto val. but i went with the ones with gaskets VS long taperd, and i used the gaskets too, NO EXHAUST LEAK!!!!
