need some advice on how to work the belt tensioner on an 01 motor. theres this black lever, and ou can push it up, however it doesnt do anything but that. im pretty sure its supposed to allow the tensioner to move so i can get the belt setup right. its kind of cold out now, but this thing wasnt moving no matter what temp. id really like to be able to crank it and see if i got the blower setup right.
