Default New shoes for the Mustang

OK guys its almost time to buy new tires for the mustang. I absolutely HATE the 245's that come stock on the mustangs, they look like bicycle tires. I want something bigger, but with the 8 inch rim I don't have many options. Does anybody have any pictures of the Bullitt wheels with 255's? My only other option is to get new wheels. If I bought new wheels I'd get the 18 inch saleen wheels and 275's. My big concern with the saleen wheels is that there isn't much of a sidewall with 18's and the tires won't flex much. What do you guys think I should do?

well if you want to keep the stock wheels why not put 265's on? with the 18s just avoid potholes at all cost

Get 03 chrome cobra's, they're one of the best looking chrome rims and they're 17's. I love mine, and they look really good on sonic blue. Also, I put a 275 tire all the way around and I love how fat they look.

If I'm gonna stick with a 17 inch wheel I'm probably better off keeping the Bullitts I already have. I just want to put the widest tire possible on there. Do you think 275's would fit with some wheel spacers? I know they wouldn't be much of a problem on the back, but I think they might scrub on the front.

HEY MAN!!!! There really is a 265! I found a Firestone firehawk wide oval - 265/40/17. They have really good feedback and only cost $135 per tire. I think thats what I'm gonna go with. Do you suggest some wheel spacers?

i have black 17inch bullit rims with 255 R rated Ezential Ezzenza tires all round looks pretty sweet, especially how the black matches the car. i think it would look better if they were 18's with 265 in front and 315 out back on 18x10.5's. I think this set up is what i will be goin to next.
