I've been talking to people about exhaust systems and to be honest, i'm starting to freak out. I installed the Bassani Offroad-Xpipe a few months ago, and i was gonna buy the cat-back yesterday. But some dude uptown told me that Magnaflows give you better performance. I don't wanna spend another $400 to get the magnaflow x-pipe, so here is my question for those who know what i'm talking about.

Is it better to get the Bassani catback since i already have the x pipe? Or keep this x-pipe and get the Magnaflow catback? Which one would sound better? I'm guessing all Bassani will definitely sound like a BEAST

Keep in mind that i'm going with the Saleen center-exhaust in a few months. I heard by doing that, the sound is gonna change a bit.

I havent heard that combo, but the Magna O/R X pipe is great..I am running Spintech Mufflers welded to the Magnaflow 2.5" pipes and #,5" tips and it sounds great..........If you get Magnas get the Mganpacks, the regulars are so frigging quiet even with an O/Road Xpipe

Magnas are great, don't know about the sound with Bassani X.
Go to www.mustangexhaust and see if they post that combo.

If you are going to buy a center exhaust why by a cat back now? Save the money and get something.
If your are going to do it, the bassani x should be fine but put a magnapack system on and you will be happy.

Ok sorry for confusing yall.

When i get the center-exhaust back bumper, the package includes a re-route system for the exhaust which is gonna get the cats closer to each other. This is gonna cause the sound to change but i'm not sure how, mike merrilo (san antonio's most popular mustang fan) told me this.

He also said that the Bassani cat-back won't sound as it should so i don't really wana spend $1700 for the catback and headers if its gonna sound ****ty (thats why i'm deep ****). I was this close to ordering the whole thing 2 days ago.

And my question again was:
Since i already have the Bassani O/X-pipe, what would be the best combo to go with that? (center-exhuast)
I don't want a lot of answers here. I need someone with experience, someone who has already heard a center-exhaust that sounded badass and mean.

Hey, that isn't going to get you alot of answers. I don't think too many people have heard the center exhaust on a stang. Maybe I'm wrong. I'd think more have heard the side exhaust, like me
