Default MAGNAFLOW QUESTION

So I was considering buying some magnaflows this summer, but im stumped on which ones to buy...I really dont like the raspy, popping, machine gun sounding exhaust like on a straight through muffler, but on every sound clip site I hear, the normal style catback sounds like straight pipes and the magnapacks sound mellow with no popping or raspy sound. I kinda expected the opposite. Im at a hault cause Im not sure if the website is mismarked, or if this is how it is...any input from guys runnin magnaflows would be appreciated...

My magnaflows pop and bang when downshifting. They don't have a baffled muffler pop and bang though, that sounds tinny and annoying.

Magnapacks will have a raspier sound to them and they are EXTREMELY loud.

he's right. the regular baffled mufflers are basically a stock sounding exhaust that just give a little bit of a gain because of a wider diameter tubing.

I have magnapack's and they sound amazing with my stock H. If you want your car to sound powerful, refined, and scream at WOT, but not get annoying at idle, get the packs...

They probably will sound even better with a midpipe

if your wanting your car loud, be sure not to buy magnaflows. like everyone else said if your wanting somthing a little loud go with magnapacks. magnaflows are never loud but sound pretty good at WOT.
