axle

i broke an axle in my car and i am looking for replacements and i was wondering if this one would work ok? http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...h.asp&x=16&y=7 my mechanic called for a replacement one from ford and they want $270. so i was wondering if this axle would work?

why dont you just upgrade to 31 spline axles?

i spun out into a curb and it snapped the axle . it broke the axle, snapped the rotor in half, broke the caliper, bearing, bearing seal, and it ruined the wheel. i just need the cheapest axle. i dont have much money but i need to get it fixed because i have no other car. i might file a claim with insurance but i am not sure yet.
