Odd question...

If sport shifting is "bad" for the stock or modified trans, why does everyone still do it?

you just subject the linkages and the internal parts of the gear selector to more abuse. I'm sure it's fine though unless you do it day in day out, just keep up on the fluid changes and all should we well
