If you plan on doing LM1's, get a catted pipe...PLEASE!

2 of my friends have LM1's on their cars w/ O/R pipes and the sound quality is NASTY! It's loud, but sounds like garbage...

I have the SLP catted X with flows, love the sound, no rasp, deep sound low, NASCAR up high, I'm sold on the X-pipe, sounds great with chambered mufflers too.

this can be debated until the end of time. I have flowmaster catback ( I love it ) and am still deciding on a mid pipe.... i have the stock one off at the moment and the stock one SHOULD NOT GO BACK IN

Haha yea, the midpipe is EASILY the hardest decision I made too. Cats or offroad is such a hard decision.

After being COMPLETELY dissapointed with my magnaflow catback, I have decided to go LM1's + o/r X for the total win. There will be nothign louder on the streets, and to be honest, probably a little too loud for the streets... But ohh boyy I bet it will sound orgasmic.

I just couldn't take a chance of it being too quiet again. Plus I got my input from Code, and knowing he has race bullets (pretty much like LM1's) + long tubes, I simply asked him... Code: Catted or O/R X-pipe? - He said, "I am an O/R kind of guy."
And he recommended me the o/r VRS X-pipe, and I said... "Thats what Im getting."

Its all going on this TUESDAY! [8D] - I CANNOT wait.
