96 Cobra mods
I have a 96 Cobra that is my daily driver. Because it is my daily driver and it has over 100k on it, I'm not looking to go extreme on it. (That's what my project 70 is for) It has plenty of power, but I would like it to have a little more punch and quickness. I'm not looking to dump a ton of money into it though.(That's what my project 70 is for)
Right now I'm thinking a K&N FIPK, Underdrive pulleys(not sure what brand), bigger throttle body, maybe some new injectors, a short throw shifter, and some new gears, probably 4.10s.
I am a relative noob to car mods and I was wondering if these fit together and will achieve what I want. Any advice is welcomed, and thanks in advance.

you have 24lb injectors.. no reason to up those right away unless your going FI.
I have just a K&N filter and 4.10's on mine right now as well. The 4.10's give you plenty of extra punch and dont kill our top end as bad as GT since we rev higher. Short thow shifter and a bigger TB are on my possible to do list as well.

Ive heard that that a bigger TB on our year cobra's (96-98) are not worth it. Their like $400 or so and they give about 5-8 rwhp. I'd say get the FIPK, 4.10 gears, Steeda UDP, MGW shifter, and whatever exhuast setup you like. At least get the midpipe, good bang for your buck.
