On my car even being N/A when I bury the pedal more my gas goes away very quick, I can't imagine how fast it will go with a blower

up to 24mpg on the highway, about 18mpg city. 04 GT with 10psi vortech. that includes romping on it once in awhile.

oh... ive got a spec stage 2 clutch in there and its only got 5k miles on it too....



code, im still running the NGK TR6 plugs gapped at .35. and ive got 42lb injectors with the lightning maf.


ive only got on it like 3 times for the whole tank of gas so i dont think that could be it... a tank of gas only lasts me 5 days of driving.

I would check the plugs and the tune myself. That would be my first guess on the loss of mileage.

I'm not a gearhead but if your clutch was the issue couldn't you feel it in the clutch pedal if it was going bad? How could you not tell if your clutch was going bad when you press on the damn thing all the time. Also, worn clutches always grab at the top, so if his only has 5k miles and grabs normally it would be so obvious that it's not his clutch. correct me if I'm wrong.

yeah obviously if your clutch is slipping enough to fugg your MPG you will hear the engine racing and car not accelerating

i took out one of the plugs and it looks like its burning real good... it does have a wet spot though on the strap thing (ground strap?)there is a decent amount of carbon around the ceramic part....
