Emissions legal turbo kit??

If anyone knows of any 50 state emissions legal (C.A.R.B. approved) turbo kits for the 99-04 mustang GTs I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in their direction. I really really want to do a turbo kit but I havent found any that are 50 state legal for my car. Theres tons of em for civics though...

MPH jacked up price in twin turbo. Directly from HP i believe the kit is around $7,000.

There is no turbo kit for a mustang that will pass CA emissions.

That's what I figured. Fukin hate living here. Parents want to move in a year or 2, maybe I'll just save alot and wait until the time comes to see if I end up moving states. They wanna move to texas. If I end up there then I could just be like *** it and get the HP Performance twin turbo kit!
