It looks so much more cluddered in the engine bay the the ls1 though. Oh welL I won't be modding this one out like crazy. Just some basics. Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm going to go look at a 2001 GT tonite. Wish me luck.
It does look cluttered but it's really not that bad to work on. really I can have the mtor out in about 3 hours, trans in 1.5. I did headers start to finish in 5 hours (including removing the old parts). This is all in my garage with no lift or air tools.
you don't have air tools jd?
whoa.. that's hardcore...

i totally can't work without them. dad might even add an additional garage into some free space in the front yard.. two door.. one side will have a 4-5 ft lift.
