Removing MagnaPacks Tips

Hey I have had my exhause tips on for about a year now and they look like poop. They are polished SS so I can clean them up and buff them up nice. I tried taked them off today but they are on there so good. I unbolted the clamp and sprayed a bunch of PB blaster in them but I can't get them off. I shook the **** out of them to no avail. Anyone have trouble with this?

just go to a shop and have them fix them and then weld them on to the tail pipes.

WHen I first put them on I had trouble keeping them on. They used to come lose all the time and I would have to re-tighten the bolt. Now I can't get them off when I want to, ironic. I am not cutting them or taking it to a shop, I just want to take the tips off to polish them. I think more PB and some violent shaking will eventually work out.
