Default newbie question
i jsut bought a 99 gt 4.6 v8 and it came with a K and N cold air intake. My question is, is there still a silencer for me to remove? it did it come off with the installation of the K and N

If they put on the whole intake (instead of just replacing the filter) then that was removed during installation, post a picture of it and we can tell you for sure.

If its a complete intake system then odds are you don't have one. The silencers come on the factory intake.
