Default 5.4L Block Swap

I've been looking into swapping to a 5.4L Modular block for a while now. Has anyone else done this? Does anyone know any modifications or new parts I will need to purchase? Being a Ford modular block shouldn't most of my current parts swap right on?

Here are the blocks I am considering:

Why are you wanting to do it? What is your plan and final set up gonna be?

I am going to be building a new engine. I am going to be purchasing new heads, cams, etc... but am wondering if some of my other parts like my CAI, TB/plenum, and other bolt-ons will still fit.
