That's a 99-01 cobra bumper, not an 03. 03-04 have oval fog light spots.

Oh ok....I know the difference between the bumpers...it was just hard to tell with the lip. I thought they were 03/04 bumpers...but now that I look at it, you can tell its 9901.

That's cool, I think that the best looking bumper for a 99-04 is the 99-01 Cobra (I don't know if I'd like to have a splitter as agressive as the Cobra R's though). Those bumpers just make it look pissed...
