Default stall converter

I've done a few mods to my 04' GT, but my brother-inlaw says that i need to change out the stall converter. I've installed under-drive pullies, a 75mm throttle body, changed the rear-end to a 3.73:1 I've had the commputer reset by a tuner guy in my local area. so all that's good. I'm just not sure what size stall to put on it. I would like to replace it before i install the new supercharger. thank's you guys.

yeah it's an automatic. i bought it from my sister who has a problem with her feet so she is unable to drive a manual. how do you go about determining what size stall to put on your car? my cousin said he has a 4500 on his but his car has a 351w in it. I need the car to perform well on the highway, but i also need to have the horses there if someone decides to test my car's performance.

I just figure a 3k stall is mild, not too harsh, a tranny cooler is a really good idea if your gonna be using the torque convertor regularly.

ONLY automatic cars have torque converter... so you dont have to assume.

WTF??! Do you have a clue as to what you are talking about??? if you use it regularly? If the car is moving he's using it. Jeebus! If you have a tranny cooler on your car already, then it is an aftermarket cooler. Most coolers are the same and generally speaking one that can be mounted to your car properly with access to cold air will do a fine job. A 3000 stall is not drastic, but not really all that mild either. If you want a more streetable car for daily driving then I would suggest a 2800 stall. If you hit the track a lot or could give a **** about driving like stock, get a 3200-3500 stall. It'll eat on your gas mileage, and you'll def need some DR's to launch, but with the stall and a shift kit you will take most 5 speeds out of the hole. As you can probably gather, a 3000 stall is somewhat in the inbetween region of performance/drivability. I'll be getting myself one soon as well.
