I have around 80k on my car, and since 52k (when I got my car) I always purchased 5-20 premium blend ford oil and a FRAM oil filter. Should I continue with that, or go with something different since my mustang is getting up in the miles?

you could always try switching to the same brand 'high milage' version. if you have no problems though I'd just keep the same stuff
