With respect to voiding the warranty with modifications, I don't think most dealers would turn down the business in the service department- Ford is paying for it, not the dealer. Remember that there are all sorts of rebates, special financing deals, etc and the dealers are still hurting. They need the business. It just makes sense for a smart businessman to look the other way.

I did the airbox mod today. It will take a few minutes, it's easy, makes the car louder and sound different, and it probably adds a few hp. I could feel it I thought although that could just me my mind playing tricks.
