Like I said, if this is the same pack with the same price as the other guy was quoting (2k?)it's still a good deal, it just doesn't make anything close to 330 HP flywheel or rearwheel.
I clicked on the link on the first page, and the package costs $2219, plus about $100 S&H, so it comes out to about $2320. Is that really a good value for this package? It seems a lot more convenient than buying all the parts individually.. that alone makes it compelling to purchase. hmmm..

how much should I expect for installation? $600? it's really tempting..

LT headers alone would cost probably 500 to install.

Like I stated a long time ago... I had the entire SLP package installed by a performance shop for $600 (this included: headers, cats, loud mouth exhaust, and underdrive pulleys). The shop has been in business for over 20 years and it took the owner over 8 hours to install the entire system.

People can argue over HP and torque numbers all they want. To be honest I don't really care about them all that much. The truth is that the entire system (even before I installed the 3.73's) makes a big difference in the performance of the car. Much better off the line and a lot better overall performer. The SLP custom tune DOES make a big difference.

for $3k, it BETTER make a 'difference'..

the question is, is the difference large enough to justify the $$$. that's why I'm contemplating right now, since this package does seem interesting.

If you are not dead set on getting the SLP stuff, I would shop around and see what you can find with other brands. SLP is really nice, but its also really expensive, and for the guy on a budget I am sure you can peice it together cheaper with different brands and then just get a good custom tune.

Yes, it is well worth the price.
The package is also a great foundation for future mods.
