Default Pic Upload

Having some trouble in my pic upload for my signature. I want to put a pic up, and I've tried. I've even resized it so much that I can barely see it. But still says its too big at 34 and 20's the max, I see you guys all have some big pics up and I don't understand how it's happnen. If you could give me some insight I'd appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Jay you need to resize your signature its WAY to big.
