Well, there's the long answer, and the short...
In short, you'd need a lot, but it's well worth it if you ask me.. If you have the money, it's even more worthwile..
The long, hell, I don't know.... I'm sure there've been many people who've done this swap.. Have you checked online?? How about on this site??
Wiring harness, suspension upgrade, driveshaft, engine/tranny mounts will need to be fabbed up... There would be other things that come up.. It's most likely a completely Custom job....

RE: 351W swap into 96-98
u would need a lot but the motor mounts for a 302 will work for a 351, u need a read end a t5 barely holds a 302 i would not recommend using it with a 351 cause the torque from it will rip it apart. ummm...........kmember like some one said u can buy the drive shaft and headers for the fit but more than likely the wiring will be more a hassle then the acutal install. also trickflow edelbrock and someone else i can't remember right of hand make efi intakes for a 351 also u would need at least 24lbs injectors to feed the beast. but if u have the money its definately worth it if ur seeking some easy power.

I would think that a wiring harnes from a 94-95 would work. The computer is for a 302 but I think it could be reburned as well. I think that would be your best bet. I have a 351 that runs, but its carbarated and I wanted to make it FI and swap like you. Good luck!
