i used to have an automotive instructor that showed me pics of this bada$$ fox body he had. He had that thing modified in every shape way and form, and it was totally emissions non friendly. however he registered it to his grandma who lived in a county where they didn't test for emissions so he could do whatever he wanted to a point 
Dude my buddy has a 72 nova. The VIN numbe says it has an inline 6 engine in it. He has a race 350 in it that runs headers, two mufflers and turn outs... when he goes to emissions he puts on two cats instead of mufflers and he has passed every time

LOL, yeah true. Cops around here dont give a poo though.I've had 3 cops complement me on my car and how it sounds.... They're more concerned with busting dui's and speeders.
