ok say if u are familiar with the p51 intake manifold answer this for me..

if u install it, it gives u 10+ hp, and you can reach a 6000 rpm redline.

with it installed you cant use a twin screw s/c, but u could use a centrifrugal like a vortech?

if you cant use if with a s/c why is it good?
would this be a good mod?
If you can install it you will get much more than 10hp and you redline past 6000rpm. I got around 25hp from it and my redline is 6700rpms with my powering peaking at 6100. My head/cam/intake install netted me a 70rwhp gain. However, if your car is basically stock I'd not jump after the P-51 right away. And yes...like a Vortech. That's all that'll fit really. BTW...I've a stock bottom end.
I find that hard to believe. I am guessin you were full bolt on before you put heads, cams and the intake on. So, full bolt on GT is say 280rwhp, plus 70rwhp for your setup there, and that puts you at 350rwhp N/A........

Show me a full bolt-on gt that made that much hp....

Add up the fiugres. Take a stock GT, at 220rwhp. You need 60 to get to 280rwhp. Full exhaust including LTs, a good tune, CAI, TB and Plenum, all the normal bolt ons and i bet you are darn close to 280RWHP.

Not close to 280, maybe around 265-270

Well, you are guessing correctly. However, your math is a little off. A full bolt-on GT will get you between 265-275rwhp. 280 is rather optimistic. My baseline was 228.9rwhp and 271.7rwft-lbs. I am now pushing 324.7rwhp and 318.1rwft-lbs. I had a 66rwhp gain, but I also have 31 splines, DR's and a 4.10. The numbers are skewed a bit. I have other dyno graphs that puts the difference of the reading off by about 5rwhp. Also, it's about 370ish crank hp now.
