Lug nut trouble

I recently had new bfgoodrich tires put on my car at a local big-o-tire. Last weekend i had a vibration in my brake pedal so i pulled my front wheels off to check it out. Well my pads were fine, and rotors didnt have any grooves and they looked fine. So i jacked the rear end up to pull the tires off, and on my passenger side my impact wouldnt loosen the lugnuts. So i got the breaker bar and used it, well low and behold my freckin key to my wheel lock snapped. It sheered the actual key part off in the head of the lugnut. I was pissed. So my buddy who works for a ford dealership ordered me a new one. I know some idiot at big-o just hammered the hell out of that lug nut with an impact, PISSES ME OFF!! When u spend $680 on something you think they could do stuff w/out half assing it! So, how should i get the lug nut off, and should i make big o pay for the key? I dont know how much it is yet? Any advice?

P.S. i think my rotors are warped

RE: Lug nut trouble

you'll def feel warped rotor when braking. Take it back to the tire place and tell them what happened. Be polite but be firm and demand something be done since they were the last ones to touch your wheels.
