What did you guys pay to have your gears installed? I have a 99 Cobra and it looks like the gears are about $200 to purchase..

I paid $200 for the ring and pinion install. Your gonna need the bearing kit along with the gears. So expect about $100 extra for that. But i`ve heard it can cost between $200 and $700 to install gears. [&:]

It all depends where you are. Here in NH installation is about $200. I've heard in Texas it can be $500. Shop around.

I live in Kentucky and I paid 100 for labor and thirty for the synthetic gear oil. paid 130 for the gears and 20 for the install kit and 70 for bearings and seals, but i parts at cost. but my set up was perfect and only cost me a hundred. and it's WELL worth the money... best bang for your buck...
