Default Need Help with 04 Mustang GT

I have a stock 04 GT with a 5 speed. What is the best thing to do to get the most power and performance out of it? I have a budget of about 1200 to spend on it.

Full exhaust. Catback, midpipe, and LT's if you have enough left over.

pfft... for 1200 best results... 4.10 tuner package on rpmoutlet for 450 then spend 600 on a 75-100 shot of dry nitrous and you will be in 12s

I am glad you mentioned the headers. What will I need to do about the sensors that are screwed into my stock exhaust manifolds?

Just order the 75mm bbk throttlebody and plenum with cold air intake and 85mm mass air flow sensor from rpm outlet. Thanks for sending me to their website. Good deals. I am about to order a Borla Catback exhaust.

If you don't have the$$$ to get a tuner in addition to the exhaust (normally a first mod by many) get BBK MIL eliminators (malfunction indicator light eliminators) they clip between ur 02 sensors and the wire going to the computer. alot of people **** on MILs but I havent had any problems with my BBK's.
