are these aluminum

Hey
I have 17 inch factory rims i want to sand and polish them to a mirror finish and see if i can get them to look somthing like the ones on the link http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/News/select3290.htm Is it possible to do or no This what they look like now

Those wheels he has are chromed factory. It's possible to do, but I'm not sure where to go to for it.

yeah you'll have to go through Ford to get those or either hunt for them online at large salvage yards, etc.... i tried looking for some to replace 2 of mine and i found some used on a big salvage yard site for 250+ per rim w/out the tires....Ouch[:@] so i decided to hell w/ that, and didn't look for them any more.....
