i think my power steering pump is shot. when stoped or at very low speeds, i dont have power stering, and it gets tough to turn. it just makes a clicking/poping sound and is really tight. it has fluid in it so i dont know what eles it could be. any ideas would be helpfull and how hard is it to change a power steering pump?

the RACK is a poo to change, the pump however, is not.

so the fluid level is good... it could easily be the pump.

the fluid level is fine just i have no power steering when slow or stoped
