Symptoms of an unbalanced wheels?

RE: Symptoms of an unbalanced wheels?
vibrations over 30 mph that if you coasting in N you can still feel. (rules out tranny or motor)
I just mounted my new rims and had a vibration....mine was due to not tightening the lugs in a star pattern because one of the new wheel locks I was sent was stripped. the uneven tightening must have cause the rim to be a little off cause I retightened it with a new lock and all is good.

RE: Symptoms of an unbalanced wheels?
Ahhh .... well it doesnt really pull but after about 30... until about 60.. it vibrates and I can see the steering wheel move. More like a shake. I thought it just needed aligned but then last night I thought maybe those F' ups didn't balance the new wheel they had to purchase. I checked this morning and no weight was added to the inside.
Sound like this problem was caused by the wheel? I didn't have a problem until I put them on. And they were the same size as before.
