WOW i'm getting really tired of these threads.... get the 4.10's.....I have them... i love them... your gas milage won't be that different..you can theoretically hit 160ish mph with 4.10's and a t-45, you just need to make enough power first!!!!

i have a 1998 GT and i wanna know what would be better 4.10 or 3.73s I have a 5spd tranny but I heard that if you get 4.10s you will be maxed out at like 90 on the highway please help?

OMG I just heard from someone that 4.10s make your driveshaft spin the opposite directing causing all of your gears except reverse to go backwards!!!! How would you drive around town only having 1 gear to go forward with!?

4.10's make your car front wheel drive
I'm confused what is that suppose to mean? Are you talking about traction or something, because if you have the right suspension set up its really not that big of a deal.

please dear god, tell me you're joking.... Oh BTW... anybody near Reno, NV know where a place to get my 410 installed, won't **** me in the ***???

I heard that if you take 410s in the morning, it gives you more sex drive.

I could still peg my speedo with 4.10's... I have the pic to prove it....
Hes going a 150 MPH and taking the time to snap a photo of his dash.. Whats wrong with that picture?

not only that but his tach says 4100 rpms? with 4.10's? what year is your car buddy and what transmission?

150mph in 96-01 gt with 4.10 is 5397rpms.... 150mph in 01+ is 4994rpms.... so either you dont have 4.10's or you have a differnt transmission or year then i listed above plz fill me in...

You don't lose top end, you lose top speed, but you can't hit the rev limitler in 5th gear wither way... It was a 00GT, but the picture was taken when I had the 3.73's in it... So the 4.10's weren't too much different from that... I'm just trying to get everyone to see it's not that bad.... DON'T FEAR THE GEAR...

no it lowers your top end, the top end meaning the powerband up there where the car makes power, it revs more per mile so it allows you to have the power and torque to pull through overdrive

your "theroretical" top speed will decrease, your actual top speed will increase
