Default sub frame connectors

hey guys, i plan on ordeing gears n drag radials in the next day or two. But id like to get the car prepaired for em. got a girdle on order as well. but im looking at subframe connectors n have a few question. 1. good, best, better brands. who you use/reccomend. 2. Standard or Full length, the pros n cons of the two.

Maximum Motorsports I think is one of the prefered brands. Also if you're in socal i know a guy that does custom ones.

Blue Oval Performance SubFrame Connectors. $50 bucks... can beat that
Red
or
Black

The BEST subframes... probably Maximum Motorsports.. but the ones blueoval makes is same as rest of the subframe connectors out there... 14gauge steel... its all the same really. $50? cant beat that man. Dont waste your money/time with standard get full length bro.

Get a mid to full length sub frame for best results. Make sure they are welded in, and not bolted. IMO, the best subframe out there is the Kenny Brown extreme matrix system, but and subframe mid to full length welded in place will do the trick.

If you know how to weld and have a welder then you can easily do it yourself. When I get mine me and my friend are renting a welder and are going to do it ourselves.

if you get subs go with full length and get them welded to the frame. you get the most responce when you weld it. your car will feel alittle different untill you get use to it.

1. Can you bolt them in and then get them welded?
2. Are there some that bolt in and others that only weld in?
3. Do you laways bolt and then weld?
Thanks

around here its about $40 a weld.. so $100 or so... pends where you live.

Pros - Chasis becomes stiffer and you can feel it coming off the line.

Cons - For maximum strength they need to be welded on.
