mustangtuning.com as well as a few vendors on this site and i think laurelmountainmustang.com has them too and cal-mustang.com just to name a few...

Pretty sure mustangtuning is still out of stock? Anyway, just pick it up at your local ford dealership. Make sure you order the clips to hold it on too though.
