I agree, I've seen silver with the honeycomb panel and it indeed looks very good. I've always been curious about DSG though because of how dark it is already.

Do you have to buy new emblems, or can you use your old ones?

You can/may be able to use the old ones. It depends on if you can take them off without messing them up. If you get them off ok, just clean the back of them and apply new double sided tape.
