Default wont start need to brainstorm

ok it cranks but it wont fireup. fuel pump is good, plugs are new, wires are fine, starter is new. i think it might be fuel related, but it started up fine the other day, so its not the pump im sure. would having the wrong cylinder plug wire in the wrong spot on the coilpack effect it from firing up? when trying to start it yesterday it made a loud crack sound towards the back, like a backfire. i need some ideas, just throw them at me. thanks

Where is your FP set? Yes, if you have a wire crossed it won't run, re check all of your wiring...

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? What is it reading?

Because you say it started recently...that is leading me away from fuel pressure. I could be wrong but I am betting on crossed wire. At least for you, I hope it is that simple.

If it backfired check your coil packs might have had one of those go bad.
