Shouldn't take more than an hour or so. Just put some new control arms and panhard bar on my buddy's car (z28 unfortunantly) and it took 1 hour. Just unbolt old ones and bolt new ones in. I just ordered the same ones for my car finally, been putting it off forever.

OK, I lied, I just looked at the suspension you may have to use a spring compressor on the rear springs to get the lower CA's off. The uppers look like the top bolts may be hard to get to. I would expect it to take a few hours tops, if you have never done suspension work before.

Yes, they have the zerk fittings and poly bushings.
No, you don't need a spring compressor. The bolts are a big PITA, especially the forward bolts on the lowers. I had mine on a lift with all necessary tools at hand, but still took like 5 hours. Granted, it was my first time and I was being very careful. I recommend doing the uppers first, then the lowers. Once everythings tight again, grease them well. I used Lucas 'Red & Tacky' for mine. Not so much as a squeak so far. The only thing that made me scratch my head was the sway bar. You may have to bolt one side then pull it 'open' to get the other side on. The sway bar wil also hang a little lower, but it's not an issue.
It's well worth the effort.
