Default question

At what point do the stock bottom ends of 4.6l 2v start to have problems. Got a stock 4.6 and was thinking of procharging it. Wanted to know if the stock bottom end would hold it. Motor is refurbished so everything is pretty much new. I wouldn't really drive the car hard either, only at the track. Thanks

450rwhp is the absolute maximum (as said above) that the 2v rods will hold. Otherwise I'd start picking out a shortblock. [8D]

A guy on here was putting down 417 RWHP with a procharger intercooled kit. Can't remember who though.
