Thing u should find out is what version of the 01 you have...they changed things up mid 01....
you will need this info later on when puttin some mods on
heres one u will need to know
The Mustang GT in 2001 had both the T5/T-45 and 3650 Transmissions. Check your driver's door for a sticker and look under "TR" for a "K". If you have a "K" then you have the 3650 Transmission.

really? my friend knows a lot about mustangs.. he has a 03 cobra.. he told me that 3.73s are good for my car.. unless anyone else would like to give me some input..
