right outside my street... a black suv rammed a beige taurus in the rear ***... it was fking crazy cuz i heard a loooong screeech and im telling you, it was a black male driving the suv prolly a Ford Expedition. sad sad moment =(

well ive never seen an 18 wheeler expedition, only 18 wheelers and expeditions and 18" wheels.

If you got a plate or a good description (sounds like you did) give it to the cops. SUV was probably stolen or the guy driving freaked and ran.

depends on how much damage or injury there was. Fatalities, they never give up, just slow down... Injury, after the initial investigation 2-3 days they start to lose interest unless they have a really good lead.

What?!! No vigilante justice? Wished you would have followed him to get the plate number. I despise hit and run drivers. Just sit there at the scene of the accident and take your medicine. Something was fishy on his part.

Hit and run drivers should be stoned. I would have to call the cops to tell them there was a body to pick up if that happened to my car.
