I dont see the problem with having an auto. I mean I know I dont have jack for experiance since this is my forst car and its an auto, but I mean jeez. For as cheap as you can get that GT, you could slap a nice shift kit on there and a predator tune. I know it might not be as fun, but hey. If its a one time thing, then I wouldnt pass it up. If you are bound and determined to have a manual, then I would consider you look at other models, such as a fox or sn95. Godd luck man. I hope your stang brings you happiness with whatever you choose to do.

yeah... i've also been looking at some older cars... the prices on stangs seem to vary a lot so you gotta keep your eyes open. I just feel like a manual is a completely different experience, but to each his own Thanks for the advice if you see any sweet deals remember me

Yea that car does not look so good. I understand where your coming from about the manual. I just switched over and driving an automatic just is not as fun...plus manuals get u more respect

Ya, I kinda wish mine was a manual, but hey I am more than blessed to have recieved what I did. The only reason that it is an auto is because when my dad bought it back when I was in 7th grade, he got the auto because my mom was gonna be driving it until I turned 16. She cant drive a manual. I dont mind a bit. I'm sure the next car I own will be manual. But for now, I am much more than pleased.

that's cool that your dad bought the car... i would definitely take an auto if it worked out for me
