I have a 1996 Mustang GT Convertable equipped with the Mach 460 system, I would like to know all of the speaker dimensions in this car, please realize this does not have the rear deck speakers the coupe has for the simple reason there is no rear deck. I would like to know how deep i can install the new speakers as well so when I buy them I can fit them in.

I believe they are 5.25 round on the back but go here it were I learned everything about my mach 460 in my coupe

if it is the same as mine, i know mine had the shelf but as for the other speakers then they are 6 1/2 all the way around, also known as 5x7 but im not sure what yall would have in the back
