Default Good Deal on Long Tubes??

Well today, I guy I know offered me some ceramic coated mac long tube headers for 200 bucks. Good deal?? I am doing longtubes, and I am really excited about this deal, it seems pretty good, what do you guys think. They're from his 02, they'll fit my 03 right? I won't be losing an hp from used headers compared to new headers right?? What other things are there to look out for??
