Default what makes a cobra a cobra

i have a 1998 gt and i wanted to see what the difference was between my motor vs a cobra motor. is it just the heads or is it a different block.

Cobras had an aluminium Teksid block during those years. (made in Italy) The internals, intake, and heads were also different.

I believe the cobras used a different block in that time period. The Teskid block.
