hood stripes and other mods!!!!
hey everyone. well ive decided to start with visual first then modding this summer when i get a summer job. Right now the extra money for financial aid is fixing the visual. I got my 03 gt black bones stock. So i have added bumper letter inserts ss and a bullit fuel door. the nex thing im really looking in to is the 40th anniversary hood stripes. Do these hood stripes go only for hood. I really like how they look and would like 2 extend them to the roof as well as the trunk. Anyways anyone know where they sell the 40th anniversary stripes. and if yall got pics please post.
Well implanning on having all these visual mods: give me your opinion
Bumper Letter Inserts SS
Bullitt Fuel Door
Mach 1 Chin Spoiler
Mach 1 Grille delete
18X9(265) front and 18X10 (315) out back
Some sort of lowering springs dont know which yet (Opinions )
Hood, roof, trunk stripes
and that would be my exterior mods. simple yet i dont think its ricey at all
thats what im trying to stay away from.

Bullitt fuel door... Yes those are cool
grille delete and chin spoiler... Definately
Do some 18" FR500's or bullits w/ deep dish out back
I would say no to the stripes on the black car, If it was red then yes. Just My .02

The stripes are, unfortunately, vinyl, which blows, and two different people tried to do them and had a HARD hard time... apparently the hood has two sorts of curves that makes it a BITCH to do
What do you mean by SS insert? I do hope you dont mean SS like Camaro SS, because that would look silly.
Otherwise, good luck. Consider hood pins with it, if you can.

Hood pins arent so much a ricer thing, as a precaution from when go "mach f*****g jeezus" and having the air catch you're hood and blow it up on your windshield. Take a good look at all the serious drag cars... they ALL have hood pins.... so, Dragon02GT think before you speak....
