Full exhaust, full intake boltons, u/d pulleys, ported heads, and stage 1 camshafts, and a tuner that knows wtf he is doing should net 300+ RWHP.
The only problem is spending somewhere around 3K for the heads/springs/cams and tune and still having a 300-310 RWHP car.
