about my 4.10's...
I have been asking around and everyone has me convinced that the 4.10 have no chance of breaking my back end at the track, my friend was skepticle but I know 4,000 ford fanatics can't be wrong... but on another note he told me that I should have went with ford made because you really don't have to worry about "warming them up" because they are lapped 5 times where as the ones I ordered are lapped like 3... he told me to invest in a girdle for that just in case and he also said the 4.10's might make my off the line really suck because I could slip a whole bunch... from what I hear from you guys, being an AUTO I really don't have to worry about breakage and also having D/R's I really don't have to worry about slippage... what are your thought's on my outlook compared to his?

Well, to start off once you figure out how to drive the 4.10's and where to launch from you shouldn't slip much at all. I just got mine a few weeks ago and can launch at around 1500 and barely screech the tires.
