any one know how to fix this problem?

might be, I hate the loops on the seat too. It works so I just leave it.

I am really tall so I have my seat as far back as possible, with it tilted a little bit as well...the loop on the seat then becomes useless, so I can't use it...retraction this starts to suck and it frequently gets caught in the door or twisted when i am pulling slack out...pisses me off to no end
